Cancellation, Return and Refund policy

All customers are urged to inspect the goods of your orders upon delivery. Honey Dreamland is committed to deliver our products in the best condition. However, if the goods that sent are damaged or broken, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your products. To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be in original condition from when you received it. The goods shall not be consumed and kindly take photos of the original conditions including the packaging and the items for verification.
Kindly notify to us at +6016-9364228 (via Whatapps messages only) from Monday to Friday during working hours: 9am-6pm exclude public holiday. Please keep the damage goods, packaging and original copy of the delivery order for our verification for replacement item.
No refund on confirmed orders, not suitable or change mind situation. All sales are final.
All refunds will be made to buyer’s credit/debit card or bank account. Please note that all refund will take up to 14 working days to be reimbursed back to your designated account.
